QUALITY CONTROL
For decades, the company has paid close attention to quality management and has established a complete set of quality management system. In the year of 2017 and 2020, it successively passed and obtained IOS9000:2000 quality system certification and the ISO9001:2015 quality system certification, by which the quality control of the whole process and nodes of raw material selection, production and processing and product assembly has been realized. With the development and expansion of the company,，XCSA has been equipped with complete categories, advanced functions of precision testing and analysis instruments, which provides an effective guarantee for high-standard quality management and control.
We strictly implement the quality system standards and carry out quality management training from frontline staff to senior management of the company to ensure that all units work together to achieve standardized, orderly and healthy development. The company always perseveres in the quality policy of "pursuit of perfection and creation of elaborate works” to serve customers with satisfying and reliable products.
Technical Strength
Innovation makes the engine of enterprise development. The new and old employees of XCSA has devoted themselves into exploring and researching & developing in technology, constructing a complete independent research and development process technology system, and forming a strong technical advantage. Up to now, more than 300 scientific research achievements above the provincial level, including 6 state-leveled awards, 110 provincial awards and more than 30 patents have been pocketed.
